About Me
Howdy! I’m Ande von Emster!
I grew up in the Bay Area but traded 75-degree summers for Arizona’s 110-degree ones in March of 2015—and have zero regrets. Before diving into real estate, I spent over 12 years working in finance and mortgages, including roles as a banker, loan processor, and mortgage underwriter. (Let’s just say I’ve become quite skilled at navigating stacks of paperwork without losing my mind.)
My path into real estate wasn’t exactly traditional. After being laid off from my underwriting job, I decided to become a real estate agent because I genuinely enjoy helping people (and, let’s be honest, looking at houses is pretty fun too).
On the personal side, when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I’m happiest running or hiking with my pup, Aero, or off on adventures in my RV with my boyfriend, Dave. We hit the road from Rocky Point all the way up north to Page, with plenty of fly fishing stops in between. I also enjoy unwinding with a good book or testing new recipes in the kitchen. Sometimes successfully, sometimes… well, let’s call it “experimental cuisine.”
I’m here to make your real estate journey smooth, informed, and maybe even a little fun. Let’s connect and chat about your goals—or swap travel and fishing stories!
